Halo 5 ODST caming to a PC near you

Halo 5: Forge’ Demands High Windows PC Specs, Anvil’s Legacy Coming To Xbox : Halo 5: Forge is finally coming to the Windows PC provided their computers can handle it. Meanwhile, Xbox One gamers only have to wait for a week for two for Anvil’s Legacy.

Halo game developers 343 Industries just release on their website the PC requirements for playing the upcoming Halo 5: Forge. Halo 5 will require a Windows 10 Anniversary Edition. The OS version should be at least the 1607 or the latest available, according to 343 Industries.

The minimum should be an Intel Core i5 running at 2.3 Ghz or compatible AMD counterpart. Players who want to run the game at 1080p /60 fps will need the Intel Core i5-3570 running at 3.4 GHz. Ultra or 4K running at 60 fps will need an Intel Core i7-4770k running at 3.4 Ghz.

In theory, Halo 5: Forge could be played on a minimum of 2GB VRAM and 8 GB RAM. Those who intend to appreciate the graphics will need at least 4GB of VRAM and 12 GB RAM. Those running the game at Ultra will also need a GeForce 90 Ti that has 16 GB VRAM and 16 GB of RAM.

The game developer also plans to include a fully functioning Map editor and Halo app for the Windows 10. The app is intended to link the various Halo Games available for Window’s latest OS.

Meanwhile, Xbox One players of Halo 5: Guardians will soon get their chance to play the latest update, Anvil’s Legacy. The upcoming DLC is expected to contain both new Arena and Warzone Maps, weapons and accessories.

Both Halo 5: Forge for the Windows 10 PC, Halo Windows App and Halo 5: Guardian Anvil’s Legacy DLC are to be launched on September 8.
