In a live interview, on Tuesday morning, the President clearly said that North Korea had already started to dismantle a major Nuclear engine. “We’re prepared to start a new history, and we’re ready to start a new chapter between our nations,” Trump said at a news conference. “Peace is always worth the effort,” he said. “Anyone can make war, but only the most courageous can make peace.”

Mr. Trump was later quoted by Fox News as saying: "He thinks Kim will begin to dismantle his nuclear program virtually immediately."

“I just think that we are now going to start the process of denuclearization of North Korea, and I believe that he’s going back and will start it virtually immediately,” Trump said. “And he’s already indicated that and you look at what he’s done.”
